UPDATE: 8/6/2026 - After my disappointing experience and a conversation with management. I was asked to give Santino's another try. I'm happy to say I was very pleased with the results. Before are photos so you can see the comparison between my first pizza and the second. The difference speaks for itself. The pizza I got today is the pizza size I'm used to getting from Santino's. As long as I continue to get this pizza, they will continue to get my business. Good job Santino's!!! 8/2/2026 I'm really disappointed. I had always enjoyed Santino's until yesterday. I picked up my large pizza which always fed my family. On the way home I opened the box to sneak a piece and was shocked to see the smallest large pizza ever. Usually the pizza fills the entire box. Not this one!!! I drove back and showed them expecting them to remake the pizza to fit the box but to my surprise they doubled down and said it was normal or should I say "average". What a disappointment. So they lost a customer and a good review. SMH!!! Not good customer service or management practices. Try harder Santino's!!

So I ordered the half and half specialty pizza thin crust and it was not cooked properly after waiting on the phone forever the employee told me there is not anything they can do bc it was thin crust I didn’t specify crispy and it could have sat in the warmer area too long, I picked it up on time and I asked so it’s normal that the pizza just breaks in half and all the toppings fall off he said nothing I can do. I ordered for a group there’s was good toppings are fresh but horrible customer service!!! The other pizza my friend ordered was good mine looked raw even from the bottom and they would not fix it!!

Visited Pensacola this past weekend- came to this pizza place twice- the first time- pizza was delicious- but the steak and cheese grinder was beyond subpar- I asked for extra mayonnaise and I think they thought I meant “minimal” :( Then, on my second visit, I got a medium pepperoni pizza (delicious)- then a sausage slice- which was SO GROSS. Omg, it was almost disrespectful. See pictures below. Other than that, I like how they allow the young kids to have a small bike meet/ hang out, like one day a week or whatever it is- it’s nice to see businesses promoting kids being OUTSIDE AND NOT ON THEIR PHONES.

Wonderful food and I got the giant calzone and I asked if they could add pulled pork to it and talk about homerun. 10/10 the owner should thank his staff for the due diligence of his staff to make the customer happy.
